I normaly just go with Chinese 5 spice & soy sauce added to chicken and veg but fancy something different tonight.

I also like adding star anise in copious amounts to any chicken stirfry

We had this yesterday, it was lovely.
312g of chicken/turkey breast, marinade in a teaspoon of oil with a tbsp of minced garlic and a tsp of chilli powder. Just before frying rub in a tbsp of soy sauce.
Throw it in the pan with 200g mushrooms, 100g kale, 68g spring onions, 200g onion and 70g peppers.
Quantities served 2 but we do like our food lol0 -
