What are some good choices for breakfast? I don't like a lot of veggies or fruits and I'm very picky. I need help. Lol

I like oatmeal with some peanut butter lately. Also good with molasses and honey. Nutrient rich and gives me good energy. If before a workout I'll also have some yogurt with fruit. I just do half portions to keep my calories down for the PB and sugars

"Picky" can mean lots of things. If you want helpful responses, tell us what you do eat. :)
    List eight foods.

Oatmeal with a spoonful of granola for crunch! Or leftover whatever on scrambled eggs.

A good choice is something you like. That could be anything that ranges from nothing to a huge feast (that fits your cals...)

If I have anything, I try to have a protein and fat based breakfast with low carbs. Personal preference as this is what keeps me feeling full, with no energy slumps, for longer . Usually I have nothing.
