Foam rolling alternative
anyone have any alternatives to foam rolling? I can't do it due to bruising but am in so much pain

7 pound gain since Friday
just got on the scale after the holiday weekend and saw a 7 pound increase from Friday morning. I really hope this is water weight, as I've read so often in other posts. I had finally broken my plateau and gotten under 170 Friday morning. Am devestated to see that number again.

Weekly average
should the weekly average caloric intake (based on the chart MFP gives) match the number of calories MFP gives me to eat? Am wondering if the defecit is programmed in or if I should be eating under the average. Confused, thanks

I feel myself giving up
I have been doing great since February. Dropping 1-2 lbs a week, working out almost every day and was really happy with my results. The past 2 weeks i saw the scale go up or stay the same. Water Pills
my doctor reccomended I take water pills after I eat something salty as I retain sodium very easily. Any reccomendations? I drink over 4 liters of water a day

30 day shred and other work outs
how does the 30 day shred do with other work outs? I'm supplementing it with spinning and toning/dance cardio classes. How many times a week should I be doing 30ds if I also went to incorporate these work outs. Thanks!

Whenever I eat my calore deficit I don't lose weight
my calorie deficit is only set to 1200, but when I eat the 1200 or even close to that I either gain weight or stay the same. I exercise 5 days a week and very rarely eat back any of my exercise calories. I drink at least 4 liters of water a day. What am I doing wrong?

Calories burned
do you eat back the calories burned from a work out as long as they are still within your daily limit?
