my doctor reccomended I take water pills after I eat something salty as I retain sodium very easily. Any reccomendations? I drink over 4 liters of water a day

My recommendation is dont eat anything salty to begin with then you wont have to take water pills. And water pills aren't like candy, you are prescribed them. And you take them once every 12 or 24 hours depending on dosage. The more water you drink the more sodium you flush out. Get ready to use the bathroom a lot if thats your intention.0
