Gaining weight

I've woke up this morning so disappointed for my first 2 week weigh in. In feeling about lost ! I eat around 1200 cals a day sometimes less and I usually walk at least 10000 steps a day usually more, I'm not eating fatty foods but somehow I've put on 1lb ? Can anyway suggest why this is ? Thanks

Only lost 1lb
hey I've been doing ketosis for the last 2 weeks and eating really well, usually having 1000 calories ( just because I'm full). Last week I lost 6lb and this week 1 ! I'm so disappointed does anyone know why this could be ? Thanks
