If our fitbit syncs to our fitpal and it records our steps,can we still log our workouts or does that mess with the calories burned for the day.

How do I get more protein without the fat ?
Any thoughts : This is what I should be doing 2119 calories 45% protein - 241 grams 35% carbs- 183 grams 20% fat- 47 grams How do I get that much protein in a day with out going over my fat intake That's what I always struggle with Even when I was at 1700 calories ( 182 g.) I was having problems reaching it

rotating workshifts
I work at a factory 12 hour shifts 3-6 days a week,every 3 months we switch days to nights,how can I continue to lose weight with the change,on my days off I would eat day shift but on nights I work it would eat night shift,I know this is going to mess my body schedule up,what can I do,any suggestions

Is it possible to lose 2 lbs a week following calorie count and reach your goal when time ?
I have been doing 1200 calories for two weeks now and I have lost 10 lbs,so I am happy but I am curious to know if anyone has stuck with the calorie count and have you lost average two pounds a week since starting and how long have you been doing this,I still have 58 more lbs to lose
