I work at a factory 12 hour shifts 3-6 days a week,every 3 months we switch days to nights,how can I continue to lose weight with the change,on my days off I would eat day shift but on nights I work it would eat night shift,I know this is going to mess my body schedule up,what can I do,any suggestions

I work shifts as a nurse. I continue to eat the same on nights as i do days. In fact I loose better when I'm on nights I seem to be stricter. It takes a while to get used to it but just continue the same0
