So, we went a bit stagnant after our initial launch but I've opened up the group public, which means more moderation on my part may be necessary, but also hopefully we'll get a few more locals involved.

What schedule goes best for your routine?
Do you find you have more energy first thing in the morning? Do you need breakfast and/or coffee first? Do you have to be awake for a while and maybe take a mid-morning workout or lunch break? Does the schedule make it easier to just go right after work or maybe at night? Are you someone that randomly can't sleep at 3am…

What is your post workout routine?
