Hate seeing daily fluctuations?
does anyone else weigh themselves daily and get really demotivated or disheartened when it goes up or stays the same due to fluctuations? I recommend downloading Happy Scale! It's so refreshing to have all the fluctuations evened out and see a move downward curve on the weight graph. It's really helped keep me on track.
