Frying Food? Handy Hint

there are some foods that just need frying, eg. Stir fry or one pot jambalayas and things like that.
The best thing to do IMHO is invest in a really good non stick pan and look after it.
I got a big one from tesco for about £20 and it's the perfect size for the two of us. I only need to use two sprays of fry light to have it completely coated which is saving me so many calories on oil and butter in comparison to my old crappy pan.
It's also saving me so much time on the washing up! Quick sponge down with hot soapy water and done! No scrubbing off hard crusty bits.
Just remember to look after it, no metal implements or scourers.
