anyone have keto experiece or doing it?
I want to try something new. I actually do not like eating carbs. I feel like my body gets pissed off when I have a large quantity. I want to try a keto diet (high fat, low/med protein and almost no carbs) but I just don't know the details of it. I'm sure there's more to this than just eating high in fat.
