I want to try something new. I actually do not like eating carbs. I feel like my body gets pissed off when I have a large quantity.
I want to try a keto diet (high fat, low/med protein and almost no carbs) but I just don't know the details of it. I'm sure there's more to this than just eating high in fat.

about 6000 members each, there's also a more general low carb group.
Main thing for keto is very low carbohydrate (<50 grams) and not too much protein.0 -
