A question for EVERYONE!
Well, in almost 2 months of consistently doing Stronglifts 5x5, and diligently tracking my calories, making sure I get enough every day, I've put on 11 pounds. The funny part about that is I can't tell! I went from 137 pounds to 148. I'm squatting and deadlifting 200 pounds, all my other main lifts are going up…

Tracking liquid
Does everyone track what they drink? I quit drinking pop, so now I either drink water, Gatorade or fruit juices. Should I be tracking this stuff, does it really affect my overall calories that much to where it's important?
