Toning the stomach after weight loss
Just wondered if anyone else is having issues toning up around the stomach area after losing weight. I'm not sure if I have lost too much weight but my belly just feels like jelly.

my nutritional plan
So I just had a food plan made at the gym by one of the personal trainers and I just wanted to see what everyone thought of the macros. He has me at carbs 319g fat 35g and protein 133. My goal is to lose weight but wasn't sure if the carbs seemed a bit high.

Calorie deficit
I have worked out my BMR at 1821 and my calories per day at 2130 with the help of a nutritionist and just wondering is someone can help me understand how I work out what my deficit should be.

calories taken in calories burned
I have worked out my macros and what my total daily calories should be 2330 however when working out at the gym am I supposed to workout more calories than I am taking in daily?
