Calorie deficit

I have worked out my BMR at 1821 and my calories per day at 2130 with the help of a nutritionist and just wondering is someone can help me understand how I work out what my deficit should be.

    no but MFP can...enter your stats, your weight loss goal (reasonable...1/2lb a week) and let MFP do it's thing. And what is 2130? your maintenance...not likely...mine in the summer is higher than that and I am a 43 year old woman.

    Besides a nutritionist isn't someone who should be giving that advice...they don't have the schooling..dietician maybe.
