No Weigh May? Who's in??
So a friend and I are going to try and not weigh in the entire month of May. Both of us have become slaves to the scale and it's not really conducive to getting healthy. Anyone want to give it try? I'll put this disclaimer in that I will be weighing in on Monday the 4th to get my final weigh in before I start. :smiley:

One month in..
I joined MFP a month ago. During that time, I've completely overhauled my life. I have started eating better, drinking at least 100oz. of water per day, logging my meals and taking 2 mile walks/hikes each day...4 miles on the weekend days. So week 2 was a wash...
I really tried to log all my calories/food, drank about a gallon of water a day, walked 19 miles total (on purpose!) and still managed to remain the same. I know it's probably all water right now but man alive, I'm a little bummed. Back on the wagon today and ready to make it a great week!
