i am quite good at judging calories and food for weight loss, but soon as I finish work the last thing I want to do is exercise. However it's needed for weight loss.. How did others get started?!

Can't do this on my own
hello, I'm struggling.. I need help. I'm adding everything on my fitness pal and I'm struggling with my exercise motivation. All I see is fat and wobble and really want to focus on losing weight and just being more healthy. Don't think I can do this on my own.

Alternative for chocolate.. Ideas please!
my name is Zoe, and I am a chocoholic. I am fat. I have started my MFP last week. It has helped me control of my calories. However, chocolate is something I binge on. I am emotional eater. To control this I want to stop eating chocolate. Do people have an alternative that they snack on if you have a sweet tooth? Thanks.

Eating extra at work.. Advice needed.
I'm back to work tomorrow after nearly 2 weeks off. Whilst I've been off, I've signed up to MFP. My worry is, I take my own lunch and snacks to work, but always seem to end up at the biscuit table. And feel bad about myself afterward. Do people have the same issue, or overcome it? Any help would be useful thanks

Determined to be healthier this time!!
I'm new to this and currently way over 200lbs or 14 stone 7lbs in the UK. I have been obese for quite a long time now and really just need to start focusing on losing weight for myself. to look better about myself and basically just realising that you don't I can't see comfort in food any more. whether anybody reads this…
