Awesome non NS Recipes!
I have not had access to NS food in 7 weeks. Other than the Craving Crusher shakes, I don't plan on going back to NS food. Helpful tips for new members of mfp
In settings you can update your food diary to mirror your typical ns day. Add in your morning snack, afternoon snack, etc. You can even add information like smart carbs and power fuels. For example: Breakfast 1PF /2SC.

Today is my one month anniversary on Nutrasystem! That means I get to get out the measuring tape and see how I did. What is your weigh-in day?
Saturday is mine, and I have great news for today. I not only lost an incredible 2.6 pounds this week; I hit the 25 pound mark! I still can't believe all of this. Just 5 short weeks ago I began this journey, and I'm already down 25 pounds. I could not have done this without you! Thanks Nutrifamily
