QUIET cardio exercises!
Hello, I don't finish work until 5 but get home at 6 pm. I start working out for about 8 pm after tea however I also have a very grumpy old downstairs who complains when my three year old daughter jumps around let alone 11 stone me! What quiet cardio exercises are there if any?

Supper meals?
Hello, today I am hoping to cook some food which is cheap and quick but still healthy. I'd like it to take no more than 45 minutes to cook and prepare as I'd have just finished work and wouldn't want to be cooking for hours. Ideas? I also do not like chick peas or tomatoes :)

Water making me sick?
Basically I'm trying to increase my water intake to the daily recommended for my weight however it's making me feel sick. Am I drinking too much, too quick? I drank 25 oz within three and half hours and I thought that was quite a slow progress. Any ideas or tips?
