Too low in calories, program won't let me complete my day
Can someone tell me why I can't complete my food diary when I am too low. Is there a way to do it other than adding food I didn't eat? I know I will get on this and start eating what I need to eventually, but starting off it is a little hard. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks :smile:

How important is calorie intake on keto.
I am on day six. Lost 5 lbs of which I am assuming is water weight. When I look at my diary I feel like I'm eating too much. Can anyone advise if I am heading in the right direction or not. I want this to be long term. I am expecting that I will have platues along the way. But don't want to sabotage myself. Thanks

Decided to stop keto and go lo carb
although i love this diet. And i have felt wonderful. I have had one consistent problem. I take my magnessium and pottassium daily and drink my bovril although i dont always put it in my tracker. But constant diahria has been too much. I think its all the water mixed with the high fat. I am going to add in a few more carbs…

Intermittent exhaustion
i am on day 12. I generally feel wonderful. But the odd day i just feel beaten down. I have to force myself to eat at this point. I am going to pick up some pottasium/magnesium pills. I do take the bovril but even thats hard to get down some days. I just always feel full. Is this just part of the process. The keto flu?

Protein Powder
In some of my online research, I found some people where using very low carb protein powder and adding some fat as a change to just eggs for breakfast.
