  • I freeze kale. I'm doing keto. I throw it in a blender with 2 strawberries. Some cucumber. Heavy cream stevia and cinnamon. Then water and crushed ice. Sometimes a tablespoon of peanut butter I just mix things up everyday. I'm not a fan of veggies so the smoothie works for me.

  • I stopped the coconut oil. And after weeks of running. And i mean weeks things are looking up today. Wish me luck that i found the culprit and can get back on the saddle.
  • No meds, I did decide today to stay off of the coconut oil for a week or so to see if it makes a difference. The magnesium is only 300 mg. Thanks for helping me try to problem solve this. I really don't want to quit.

  • The problem with cutting out the sodium is I have a lot of days where I feel very dizzy, and out of sorts. As soon as I have the sodium I feel better.

  • I made my bullet proof coffee this morning. I normally use coconut oil, butter and cream and 1 scoop of protein. I left out the protein powder and tried two egg yolks. I also used stevia as the thought of putting sugar in my diet kind of scared me. It was good. Thanks for the info
