Does my polar hrm burn calculation already take off the cals I would burnt anyway from doing nothing for an hour rather than being at the gym for an hour? Sorry can't think of the right word!!

So today I can eat 1832 calories and still be on target to loose 1lb a week? What if I do this 3 times? I will still be able to loose 1lb a week?…

I exercise to eat more...
Everyone I see is on minimal cals exercising and doesn't eat back there exercise cals.. Am I the only person who exercises more so I can eat more? Ex. I have 1380cals a day to loose 1lb a week.. Then I exercise and my hrm tells me I have burnt 500cals. So that day I can eat 1880cals. & I can still loose a pound a week.…
