Female (as you can see) 25yrs young, 5ft 8 and 156lb .. Set my goal as 1lb loss per week so I can eat 1382 cals a day!

Today I burnt 450 cals in the gym according to my polar.. So today I can eat 1832 calories and still be on target to loose 1lb a week? What if I do this 3 times? I will still be able to loose 1lb a week? As long as my net cals is under for the week I should be on course? Thanks xxx

    According to some members it seems exercise calories can be a bit off so I would advise not to eat all your exercise calories. I eat some of mine but not all. That way u have a bit of a safety net too for those days when u just go a bit over. ( Hey I am not perfect lol). Good luck ! :)
