Freeletics. anyone?
Hi. I'm new to fitness world. And trying to find many alternatives of workouts to shed the weight loss plateau. And one of program I tried was Freeletics for a couple weeks. Anybody practising Freeletics here? and how do you feel about it so far?

Hi Guys, I walk Uphill twice a week (for 30 minutes). I'm afraid my thighs and calves get bulkier/ bigger. Is it true or wrong? Need help.
