Hi,
My name is Vera, pear-shaped-body woman (168 cm ; 68 kgs)
I need buddies in MFP to support me in weight loss.
My current program :
1. HIIT exercise (5 times/week).
2. Abs routine everyday
3. Yoga (2 times/week)
4. Freeletics (1 time/week)
5. Normal eating plan, unless dinner only with Herbalife Shake.
