never give up ...trying to get healthy and fit (again)
I was doing for awhile then life and family and low motivation ...So got onto a great PT which is what I needed...plus I don't mind being the oldest in the gym...no lycra for me lol

Up and down
I was doing very well "then fell off the wagon" Instead of feeling guilt (oh ok did for quite awhile) I am summing up all those reasons to get back into the "health routine" I don't call it diet. Mainly have to be a bit more selfish (self preservation) and no more excuses!

Making it real
Battled back and forth gained and lost a little but this it's all been gain this year and can no longer hide the fact....you know the feeling. ..looking good in good lighting and a good mirror then you out somewhere else and catch a glimpse of your reflection in a window or mirror....And OMG reality hits..
