No exercise, but boy I am beat
Courtney and team - I have been traveling to NC this weekend. No exercise, but I wanted to share my steps from yesterday. We were cleaning out my dads house and I was amazed to see the total at the end of the day. I had to share! I can't wait to get back home and into the gym.

Heart Rate Monitor
Used my heart rate monitor today for its first real workout. It was hard to keep in my target zone as provided by Courtney. I will be interested to see what results I get in the next few weeks of use and focus.

Day 3 - Share your workout with the team
I ran today. Set out for 4.5 miles and frankly could only do 3. I walked the rest. The heat, humidity and sweat pouring into my eyes got to me.... How was your workout today?

Today's workout
Today I took the tip that Courtney gave me to add timed exercises into my normal strength routine and timed some of the regular leg exercises I love.... Wow! What a difference it made. Everything burns!
