I have been on the site for awhile. Now I have 4.6 pounds to my interim goal. I have 15.6 to my final goal. Looking to add new friends!

I went from 172.6 on the 13th to 169.2. A loss of 3.4 pounds. Yippee!
I weighed in at 170.6 from 171.2 last week. So I lost 0.6 pounds. I am going to celebrate any loss.

I am on MFP to do that. I hardly ever look in a full length mirror. Oh well that has changed. I am off to the gym! :^)
