Hi guys how are you? Im 5.3 ft 26 yr old female. and I weighed 101 kilos at the start of May, 2015. So I have heard, is it true? because i love both banana and milk. I know everything in excess is no good. But taking banana and milk separately doesnt make you fat but taking them together does? I mean really?

So I filled up Heybales sheet :) thanks @heybales. Here is what i got for sedentary. BMR 1686 TDEE 2108 TDEG 1686 Im not very active currently. But I want to reach 10,000 steps a day goal. I am planning on 10 days reset after every 60 days of cut. My question is that i plan on logging exercise calories separately and eat…
