Hi, back to MFP for almost 1 week, lost 1 pound, have more energy. It's a start. How are/were your beginnings? Did you learn anything from your beginning?

food points & strength training
Hi - just started back on MFP. Logged in yesterday's gym activity. Do we not get food points for strength training, only cardio? Also, any advice for managing those extra points - eat em, not, eat half - what works for you?

July 6th - We're in it now!
Okay, the holiday's over, we're solidly in July! Definitely enjoying my food as I'm eating healthy. Tonight I just stir-fried tofu and bok choy, with light soy sauce and tahini. How's your day-after-holiday-weekend going?
