Week 1 complete
So last week was good not perfect but good .I am starting to condition the mind as well as the body to truly enhance this weightloss journey I'm on. With that said it is start of week two and I am so fearful old will sink in which has been the same pattern with me for years. How do I stop the cycle of week 1 repeat?

I know it's only day 1 complete but feel compelled to share to keep me motivated and on track . Was I perfect? No Was I realistic ? Yes.Took the stairs when I could and practiced mindful healthy eating. Bring on day 2!

Why oh why
Why is it so hard to get started and try and live healthy I can't even manage a day at the mo! Is food addiction a real thing if it is how do I stop! All I want to do us lose get healthy and be happy Please help
