Week 1 complete

So last week was good not perfect but good .I am starting to condition the mind as well as the body to truly enhance this weightloss journey I'm on.

With that said it is start of week two and I am so fearful old will sink in which has been the same pattern with me for years.

How do I stop the cycle of week 1 repeat?

    How much do you need to lose? Your height, age, starting weight? What did you set your goal to lose each week?

    Well, you need to determine what the root cause is.

    Are you making too many changes at once?
    Is your deficit too large? (not eating enough, thus resulting in extreme hunger = a binge)
    Are you restricting too much?
    Are you having one bad day and then saying F it?
