5K to 10K advise
Hi all runners out there, I'm looking for some advise.... I can currently run a 5K (fairly slowly at about 32 mins but I can run it). increasing running pace
Amazingly (to me anyway) I can now run 5K without stopping/walking so my next goal in to improve my time. Currently I do a turtle slow 35mins.... What's the best way to do this? Would doing intervals of 'steady run/faster run' be the best? Thanks!!

114 Days and 29 pounds later....
I'm 5'2" and have logged on now for 114 days, thought it was time to post my success so far. I've lost 29 pounds and feel amazing!!! I'm the smallest I've been in well over 6 years! I've done this for me and for my beautiful daughter who is 19 months old.

fats: sats/mono/poly
All nutritional info seems to show grams of fat and how much of that is saturated but hardly any indicate poly or mono. Im trying to bring my poky and mono fats up and sats down. Can I assume that if for example I've eaten 25 grams of fat but only 10 of these are sats that the rest is mono or poly?? *confused.com*

Hi My calorie allowance is 1500 but if I click "view diary" from my news feed, its only 1200. Any suggestions? Ive tried logging out and back in again. Thanks!
