I'm 5'2" and have logged on now for 114 days, thought it was time to post my success so far. I've lost 29 pounds and feel amazing!!! I'm the smallest I've been in well over 6 years!
I've done this for me and for my beautiful daughter who is 19 months old.

I booked a trainer for 2 hours a week at the start and he put me on 1500 cal days, I thought this was high but it's worked! I also eat back some of my additional exercise cals. Macros of 40/30/30 which I keep an eye on but don't follow too strictly. If I'd started on 1200 or 1300, I don't think I'd have lasted more than a week - love food too much!!
My diary is open to feel free to take a peak (yesterday was a disaster however!)
He does all sorts of exercises with me, cardio like mountain climbers, burpees, kettlebells, trx, weights, ab work, sprints etc.
I started couch to 5 k and can now run a 5k - slowly but I run it!0 -
Awesome job! Thanks for sharing your progress!!0
