Last Time
Back again at 63yrs of age. I cannot keep doing this. Now or Never. Nothing at all to stop me from losing waeight and gettig fitter. I have bags of time to exercise, prepare and cook food. I just do not stay with it. I like many have put on more weightin lockdown Thank You for reading Jo (female)
