Am I doing enough ?
I eat a healthy diet and stay with in my calorie limit (most the time) i walk at least 4 miles 5 days a week, walking between 10/15 thousand steps at least 5 days a week and i've been doing a 1 minute plank, 1 minute walk sit, 20 sit ups and 20 crunches 6 days a week. Am I doing enough to lose weight?

I walk every day. Minimum of an hour a day most days. I've stopped losing weight but I've lost inches everywhere!!! How?! Why?! Gets quite depressing standing on the scales to see no change (which is better than gaining) as I weigh myself more than I measure myself.

C sections
ive had 3 c sections, last one was 19 months ago. All through my pregnancy I lost 4 stone due to illness then after my pregnancy I put it all back on.
