Want to do a sub 2 hour Half Marathon - Rock and Roll SUJA 1/2 Marathon in San Diego
I am signed up for the Rock and Roll SUJA 1/2 Marathon in San Diego come June 5th. My First Thanksgiving w/ MFP
I skipped breakfast on Thanksgiving and came close to consuming my daily calories during the one meal.... Horrible, unhealthy, generally not recommended. It was awesome. After all was done, I went to sleep under my maintenance goal by about 100 cals. Happy Holidays,

Took a Cruise and still lost weight
My wife and I took a 7 night cruise in the Eastern Caribbean. I intended to gain weight since they feed people like cattle for slaughter on cruises.
