I am now transitioning into maintenance mode - which is interesting - I have to eat more which now I find to be hard - I am still working out quite steadily - I intend to continue working out - I find that I truly enjoy running now - but when I started this journey that statement would have been laughable - I have signed up for a race and desire to run a marathon - What happened?

Congrats! And good luck with maintenance. I think working out is key. I've only just started doing a bit of running on treadmill, little intervals here and there. And even that feels a little surreal to me.0

That's awesome!!! I find maintaining to be a difficult challenge, in that it's easier to work on losing weight or working towards a fitness goal. It's easier to keep your motivation. When you are maintaining, you have to keep your motivation high AND eat more AND not gain weight. I watch the scale pretty regularly to keep track of my weight. I can't run (bad knee), but I do like working out.0
