hey everyone, looking for chicken breast recipes...I find when I make it in the oven it comes out so bland and dry and I hate eating it..during summer months I usually make it on the bbq but come winter months I don't know how to make it...any good recipes, seasonings, ways of cooking it?

Help with scale!
Hi Everyone, can someone please help me, I am having a hard time weighing my food. For example If I am eating 1 cup of broccoli what should the scale read? Obviously not 8oz because that is liquid...can someone please help me! Thanks so much. xox

Scale Measuring
Hi Everyone, I'm having a difficult time with measuring my cereal. I use 1/2 cup which on the nutrition label = 30 G. When measuring I do 4oz on the scale...once I hit grams it gives me grams of 112G. What should I be doing?
