After a week of doing a food diary each day i am always over on sugar, looking at my diary this is because I have had fruit usually a banana and melon! I have only been on my diet a week, and now have terrible PMT! I'm craving sweeting things which is usually very unknown for me I usually crave crisps and bread! I just wondered if anyone has any tips of how to get through the dreaded PMT cravings and also the extra pounds you gain?
