I need an accountability buddy to keep me on track. I've lost about 22 lbs, and my ultimate goal is to lose 100. I really need to work on my discipline! My co-workers will bring junk food to work and I have a really hard time saying no. Anyone else in the same boat? Feel free to add me!
15 lbs down so far! Still have quite a ways to go. I'm starting to feel more comfortable in my skin but still have some issues - particularly my belly! Having kids will definitely do a number on your body. I am feeling confident enough to post this though!
