What kind of music keeps you pumped at the gym! I've been listening to punk rock - the faster, harder and louder the better. I love trying new things out though - what does everyone else listen to?

Not listed, but my absolute fave band to listen to is The Maine. I usually end my workout with their song Misery.

Girl Talk, Beastie Boys, Fleetwood Mac, pop/r&b as long as it was recorded before 1993. And I'm in a blue grass band...I'm really all over the place here.

I love Rockmyrun for running. For lifting and anything else, whatever is on my playlist. It's mainly for background noise.

On my runs, I usually listen to an old 60's pop/rock aerobics tape I stole from my mom. The consistent beat and seamless transitions between tracks make it great for staying at a consistent pace!

The music that comes with my class
I do have a playlist with some (to me) power songs that motivate me and I listen to on my bike ride to/from the gym. It's a combination of music from Anime, 80's music and guitar hero songs XD
I should totally add some Rammstein and Disturbed. Maybe Papa Roach too, it's been ages I've listened this kind of music.

If I'm doing cardio then it's usually hard trance/happy hardcore/ techno but for weights it's always metal of some description.
At the moment I'm listening to Slayer, Soundtrack to the Apocalypse.

none...just being in the gym gets me pumped...being out on a ride gets me pumped...don't need any other stimulation. Also, too dangerous to cycle with ear buds in, I have to listen for cars.

Spotify has some good pre made playlists. I also made a 'Girlz' station with my fav high tempo dance girls like Kesha, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, etc. Also try spotify.
