I know how this goes. Sometimes I go to the gym after they're in bed, which isn't really ideal either, not getting home til around 10 and then having to be up the next morning again at 5

That's happened to me until I started eating healthier and working out a few months ago. I want to be able to set a positive example for my kiddos.

Me too! I love creeping on people's food diaries, helps me get ideas on healthy combinations!

I started at 260 and now I'm 235...5'5, and 28

Oh and the lunch meetings where my boss will buy chipotle!

I like wine too, and I wouldn't recommend this, but liquor has less calories. Sometimes I'll splurge and have a few Jack and diet cokes!

I have a mirena! It has it's ups and downs. I haven't had a period in months, but there will be months where I'm spotting for 2 weeks straight. I'd just rather have my period and be done with it sometimes!

Kudos to you. My kids are 20 months and 4 years old and I'm just now feeling motivated! Having time to exercise when having a new baby will def be a challenge but if you have a good support system, there is no reason you can't do it!

Good for you, though! When you do get pregnant, being in shape will make the pregnancy so much easier, plus you'll be at lesser risk for other health issues like gestational diabetes! I'm not sure if there is any science behind this, but it seems like bigger women have bigger babies. Mine were 8 lbs 9 oz and 9 lbs 6 oz.…

When people chew loudly.

I know exercise is also supposed to help with cramps, but I have a hard time getting to the gym during that time. :(

Have you thought about switching to black coffee? Still has the caffeine and almost no calories so I don't feel guilty about having a few cups in the morning.

No....heavens no! I'm eating about 1400-1500 calories a day. Celery was just an example of a snack that I was having! What I am doing is working so I am going to keep doing it! I feel great, more energy, in a better mood, and my pants are feeling loose.

I would definitely recommend swimming! I swam when I was pregnant and my back was killing me.

I'm in Columbus! :)

My goal is to lose 100 lbs. I just joined a gym last week and have been going every day! I've only lost 1.4 lbs so far but it would be nice to have buddies on here to motivate!
