Keto Diet Questions
I've been seeing a lot of people on here doing the keto diet. Which from my understanding it's like counting calories...you're just counting macros. My question is. The people that have lost weight on this... how did they go to maintaining their weight? Counting calories or did you just keep counting macros.

Goal Weight , help
At first I had a goal weight, but now I'm having trouble imagining myself at the weight. How do you figure out your goal weight? I'm probably 5'4-5'5 . I thought I wanted my goal weight to be 160-155 , but now I'm thinking 140. Anyone around this height, what's your goal weight?

Motivational Friends

What's the device where you workout and it tells you how much calories you've lost during a workout. I don't think it's a Fitbit, if it is. How accurate is it?

Introduce and 1330 Cals
