I'm tryna not become obsessive with things I eat. Like I cut our sodas and fried foods...but I started freaking out if I should eat a sandwich or not. So, what do you guys eat for snacks and lunch?

Nothing wrong with a sandwich!
I just had one for lunch (buffalo chicken on rye with hummus and cheddar).

I don't snack a lot but when I do it's usually chips or nuts. I cook a nice dinner most evenings so I typically have leftovers for lunch.4

My snacks are usually a protein paired with either a raw veggie or fruit. Just because a cheese stick, greek yogurt, or deli meat is something easy to throw in my bag along with some cucumber, carrots, berries, orange, or apple.
I eat a wrap for breakfast or lunch almost every day.3 -

What do you put in your wraps?1 -
For snacks, I like beef jerky, Babybel mini wheels, apples, carrots, clementines, steamed sweet potato, berries, dark chocolate, or sometimes as a treat, Reese's peanut butter eggs!2

I love sandwiches...so much! I try to load up on the protein and veggies instead of more bread and cut out all mayo/oil/etc. I add avocado for creaminess.
For snacks, I like string cheese (8g protein) and fruit or Think Thin bars.1 -
Anyone tried Cloud Bread yet? I have a few recipes to try out myself. Any feedback.0

I usually eat this home made snack (the silicone mold I make it in allows me to easily break it up into pieces to hit the calorie target that I want.)
¼ cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
¼ cup of chocolate rice protein powder
⅓ cup of original almond milk
1 teaspoon pb fit
1/2 teaspoon of EnerG Egg Replacer (mostly potato starch which is my low calorie binder)
Bake in a bar shaped silicone for around 15 minutes at 350°
Nutritional profile:
27.3g protein
26g carbs (4.5g fiber, 4g sugar)
3.1g fat (.4 saturated, 1.4 polyunsaturated, 1.2 monounsaturated)

A half sandwich with ham and a slice of cheese is a nice snack for me.0

i don't believe in cutting out food groups, and sandwiches are most definitely a food group, so eat a sammich for your lunch
i usually eat fruit for snacks, or sometimes crackers with peanut butter or cheese and tomato. I just find carrot sticks so tedious and un-enjoyable to eat.1
