2 month mini success
Anything is possible with the right motivation and support. Still a long way to go but I'm in this for the long haul. Not sure how many pounds I've lost. I get my new scale tonight. After the first month I was 30+ down. Feel free to add me if you need some support :) I hope this motivates someone.

HIIT and calories burned
