HELP!
Can anybody recommend a quick workout I can do at home (in living room) that targets the whole body?
The only "tools" I have are 2 resistance bands, 1 like long and one short. Also have a step stool.
Reasoning; I have 2 toddlers and a baby, I live in an apartment and due to my husbands health issues I can't really be leaving the house right now.
Any help would be fantastic!!!

Google the Scientific 7 Minute Workout. There are several apps for it that include a handy timer and prompts. Do it 3 times through - it only takes about 30 min if you do a bit of a light warmup and a few stretches after. It's a good little series and as you get stronger, you can modify the exercises to include your resistance bands (or small hand weights). But you need to do it three times to get any benefit! Good luck!0

Would you be able to watch videos on a tablet or laptop? fitnessblender.com allows you to search their videos by length as well as workout type (yoga, cardio kickboxing, strength etc)--they have some as short as 5 minutes!0
