HIIT and calories burned

OK GUYS here is my issue. I love doing HIIT workouts, they are fast and effective. The last time I lost weight (100+lbs ) these were my main workouts. OBVIOUSLY I am here because I gained weight (read my about me to see back story ). ANYWAYS I have no idea how to calculate my calories burned.
I am female, 5'6", 320 lbs and 26 yrs old. My current (beginner) workout is 15 min. 20 seconds pushing as hard as I can followed by 10 seconds rest. I AM doing high knees for 20 seconds then slow jog for 10.
If anyone could help me figure this out I would be so grateful! !!
PS I am pairing this with a strength training workout as well.

Aside of a heart rate monitor... And that isn't great at intense burst exercises...
I don't think there is a great way
I do HIIT
I just let it count as plain old steps like walking.0 -
OK. I was thinking about counting just the time spent doing the.high intensity and counting it as running?0

I did a google search and found that tabata (or HIIT) workouts reportedly burn 13.5 to 15 calories per minute, depending on your source. I don't know if this is correct or not and variables like body weight and intensity obviously are a factor. I use 13.5 cal/min because that is close enough for my purposes.0

I can see that
What I like about HIIT is the bleed over of high heart rate from the sprints to the walking
It seems like it would average out.
But there is the metabolism boost as well
Hard to say. The results are good though

Yeah definitely! That and I have 3 babies ages 1-2-3 so my timeframe is pretty small.Unless I wait until after 9pm and by then I am completely burnt out and ready for relax time! lol0
