The foods i eat everyday sometimes less than 1000 calories but it's enough for me. I know for women we have to eat at least 1000 calories. But i feel comfortable with my less-than-1000-calories-foods. What to do?

Milk for diet?
Almost everyday i dedicated myself to drink a glass of milk (not always in the morning. Cause i have to eat rice in the morning). I think milk is good for my growing process and bones that's why i always drink it everyday. Kinda hard to lose weight and is drinking milk the reason?

Sleeping less
Can sleeping less give a bad effect to our diet? What about insomnia? I often (almost always) sleep at midnight even im able to not sleep til morning. What's the effect? And is there any way to make the good effect one?
