Fitbit Charge vs. Fitbit Charge HR
Contemplating between the Fitbit Charge and the Fitbit Charge HR. The only difference is the heartrate monitor and I have seen reviews that the HR monitor was inaccurate. Does the regular charge work while doing circuit training or lifting? Is the HR worth it? Fitbit users, what are your experiences?

Hello! I have noticed at my gym that many women wear sweat bands and saran wrap around their mid section to increase sweating. I have also seen that many people wear waist trainers while working out. Is this beneficial? Will it help me lose belly fat?

How long does it take to see results?
Hi MFP'ers, I have cut my calories and been working out at a personal training facility. I began this journey on June 8, 2015. I began at 5'5" and 154 pounds. I am looking to lose about 30 pounds and have already lost 13 pounds putting me at 141 pounds. However, I do not see the weight loss. Am I doing the wrong things?…
